6/19 -

My first Sunday at the Branch. It is small. I blessed the sacrament and played piano quite a bit. As well, the members have a great sense of humor and seem to get along.

After church, we phone tracted and then went into N. Cape May to tract where we didn't receive too much success. A fellow, Tom, on his way to work invited us back on Friday.

We met 2 girls from Ireland + Scotland, Sarah + Hannah, who have a summer job in the states. We talked for quite a bit and I taught Sarah practically the first discussion. She was looking to attend a church while she was here. Took pictures w/them and I even got their Ireland address!

We left and had a filling dinner + conversation with Al Ruthenbeck and his wife; converts of 5½ years.

Got home and I had too much time to kill, so I got more phone contacts.

I know our area has potential converts and Powell and I will succeed. We had so much fun talkin' and ended up staying up too late. Not anymore. But we did become good friends.

And ... Elder Bailey and I want to do a song for Zone Conference. Cool!
