7/1 -July! Hard to believe. We had Al Ruthenbeck drive us out to DDM at the Bird's home. Elder Bailey surprised me! Now instead of accompanying him, Sister Morley sent him a song, and he wants to do a duet. Yikes! We talked about the importance of testimony and the Spirit in our work; key to success. Crucial.
Tracted and phone contacted many people but failed to teach again.
On our way into the Villas, Powell got a flat tire, and a lady he asked to help by the airport caught up to us and drove us to the Hinsdales. Very charitable of her. But! Elder Powell forgot his backpack in her car, so Sister Hinsdale took us around to look for it. We picked up her husband who took us and the bikes to James Way for glue to fix the tire and then home. Sis. Hinsdale's voice was on the machine and the lady had returned the bag, sooo, we went back to their home and got the back and came home for the evening and saw a fireworks display over the Delaware Bay. Preety much - Long day! Grandma wrote.
