John at the Gas Station filled up our tank for free! We scheduled a visit to read with him on Mon. at noon. He's cool!
We, (our District) made a covenant to be obedient in all things and in turn be blessed with a baptism by Nov. 16th. I did the Spiritual Thought - D&C 78: 17-19. And we said our closing prayer on the Bird's lawn out back - the sprinklers went off in the middle. It was classic!
After DDM, Joi Clydesdale met with Steuart for the first time and again treated us to lunch. Her shop closes now on Sundays, so we might actually see her at church. Cool!
We did our phones and then stopped by Joe Heller's to schedule a time for the stop-smoking workshop.
We tracted Alexander St. and taught a 00 to Ebba, an older Catholic fellow. Not interested in the disc.
We hit Jamesway and picked up some essentials.
Then went to our Correlation meeting at the Becktels.
Karen Jenkins called, (from Duke of Windsor). I apologized for last Wednesday. But we taught John, so it ruined the scheduling. She was cool about it, though!
Susan Kartchner, Don Waight, (Karyn Calkins!!) and Grandma T. wrote, too. I am anxious to talk with Sister Adams tomorrow. She is awesome!
