December 13, 1994

Good morning. I usually write in here the next day. I find that I can be more objective and not as tired. It can become a hassle at night sometimes.

Yesterday we went into North Cape May and tracted Gorham St. where we met George Trombley. He is diabetic and that has brought on nearly 100% blindness. But he's been through many notable churches including Jehovah's Witnesses, and was interested and intrigued by our Book of Mormon. He'd let his wife know of our visit, and we'll call him later, probably on Thursday.

The last house was inhabited by a man wearing a Veterans hat and camouflage coat: "If you don't get off my property, I'll take you off in a bag." My blood was boiling as we gently walked away.

We drove to the Neutermans. Trish gave us some frozen foods. Very sweet of her!

Then we drove out to the McCallums and made Boboli pizzas. Yummy! Kris had her Primary class visiting. It was fun.

Scott and Terecy will have to wait another day or so. We were too far away without a phone number because theirs is disconnected and not enough miles. Shoot! We'll recontact soon!

We came home and as we got settled, Mike, from downstairs, came knocking at our door. He gave us a plate of cookies. They were from "Secret Elfs." Probably the Walkers or Hinsdales! How sweet!

Rogers was feeling sick, so he went to bed early. Just then, the phone rang. It was for me. "Hi, Alex. This is Holly. Holly Graham from California."  ?

Today they received my tape (Rachael, Shannon, and Holy) and decided to call me. So I talked a bit with Shannon, and also with Rachael, and also with Holly. We laughed. It was great. I love them tons. They also liked my tape. How cool! Talked to Perkins tonight, too. Good night!
