February 21, 1995

Feb. 21st - We drove into Warrington this morning and tracted a real nice neighborhood. No one interested. Then we headed to the Doylestown trailer park homes. The first door we knocked, we got in. We taught John Barr. His wife wasn't interested. They were an older couple. He seemed to agree with the lesson. It was effectively taught, I felt. We have a follow visit scheduled for Thursday.

Then we had lunch at Burger King before we tracted another neighborhood. We gave out one more Book of Mormon!

This afternoon we went to the YMCA. I was able to call E. Rumsey from the Y and ask for more BofMs. He'll get some to us by Friday.

Janice Murray asked us to run the soccer practice this afternoon. So ... E. Olson and I had 8 5-year olds. They stretched. Then we did some drills, after which, they had a scrimmage. We thought we looked like fools in front of their parents, but they really enjoyed us. Janice came into the Day Care and told us that we make the other teacher look bad! Cool! We also did some Day Care work before we had to change.

Bro. Bailey brought us to the Young's. We visited them. The dad is Jewish, and Adam, the son, has cystic fibrosis. We committed Sis. Young for the Temple Prep. class. Nice folks.

Then we went to the Clays. Now tonight was great! We had dinner, and oh - they once lived in New Hampshire, and know Zsuzsa Letenyei and Dulcia Tillemun-Dick; my FHE sisters from Ricks College! We just had fun tonight! Even played ping pong and pool with Marc and David after dinner and some piano songs.

We left when Marc was quickly called to the hospital to give Kyle Cult a blessing. He is not doing well. It really choked me up. I talked with Pres. Morley about it, which cheered me up.

And Sis. Boyter and Larson got into quite an argument today! Larson threatened to kill Boyter. I nearly yelled at Boyter to call the ZLs. Wow! I feel sorry for those two!

I got a nice letter from Karen C. And a letter from Sis. Bradley about marriage to an elder who served in her mission. And Andrea wrote! Her Dad got a job in Knoxville, Tenn., so they'll be moving next month. I'm confused more than ever now. Oh well, good night!
