Mar. 10th - Tract. Tract. Tract. I felt so good about tracting today. And ultimately we were able to place two books and a 00. Two of our books were placed with Presbyterians. They both seemed interested in having a copy.
And we visited the Bements after our finding. Mike Bement showed us a fantastic CD-Rom comp. program that has the Stand. Works, Journal of Discourses, and volumes of other books. An unbelievable, fantastic program. He printed out a few items for us. And he cautioned us about our investigator and offered a tape on "understanding personal revelation," by Joseph McConkie. The Bements are very giving.
The tire on our car was damaged yesterday when we hit a pothole. It was bangd into place by a mechanic at the Ford dealership.
Tonight we ate dinner with the Warden / Larsen family. Deidre emotionally told us how her new convert and friend, Dawn Scheets, had lost some interest in the church.
And Bro. and Sis. Larsen told us also of friends they are anxious to help also.
"We've never felt so close to two missionaries before, the way we feel towards you," Sis. Larsen said.
We had a wonderful conversation and we [were] able to share feelings and comments with this family at length tonight. They are such lovely examples to me.
