Aug. 22nd - Service at the YMCA first thing. Poor Mary Ann had immediate plastic surgery yesterday after plastic slipped into her eye while she was shopping. She was in a lousy mood. It was too bad.
We did a great deal of tracting this afternoon and evening. No one was interested. We did talk with one gentleman near our appointment tonight. Very Baptist. We tried to explain the importance of the Book of Mormon, but he was not truly desiring to know the truth.
We ate dinner at the Scheubly's. Jeff Bates and the U.D. elders joined us.
Carolyn Gilchrist lunched us. =(
