No transfers here! Whew! Elder Bailey and Garner are training and Roberts is going to Doylestown and Holcomb is being doubled into Wilmington, DE.
We coin-washed our clothes. Steuart had the Kesslers cash a check. I mailed out a MTC Dist. form letter + my dad a name tag today. Steuart beat me in NBA James. Shoot! It's an expensive game.
We drove to Linwood and played the Span-Ams in football and then played each other in basketball. I am so sore!
We showered, set up 2 appointments from Media Referrals (one is the lady Ptty, who coincidentally is the lady we'll be helping Saturday with Habitat For Humanity)!
Dinner, etc. at the Walkers. We then visited and chatted with Christina Eisele. She loaned me the Hymns on tape (one of which the tape broke) and a motivational talker. Very thoughtful of her. We read her a poem, "Risks."
Did 32 phones and got 94.
Tonight Steuart called his family. He wants to say goodbye to Ryan, his brother, going home from the WV-Charleston Mission. I am extremely sore + tired and reflect back to this night last year.
I was so upset on the phone with Emilie. Pres. Cutt had set me apart with the Stake Presidency and I had the worst trouble getting to sleep. I am grateful for all that I have learned this last year.
Satan has become a real enemy. I have had divers temptations and my personal spirituality has constantly been tested and tried every way possible. Satan won't give up.
Neither will I. Because along with all of my personal mistakes and unrighteous desires, I have grown a lot and matured and developed a love for this work, reading and studying the scriptures, my testimony of Joseph Smith, my love for the Gospel of Christ, teaching, baptizing, confirming, visiting the Temple, a new prophet, Stake Conference with Dallin H. Oaks, General Conference and 2 new apostles, Elder Kikuchi, a precedented mission goal of 102 covert baptisms, a wonderful family and many people still to write to. I'll see you next year!
