Dec. 2nd - Guess what we did this morning??? That's right! I got my phone contacts and called some stop backs. Then, we tracted in Town Bank. Talked to an old man helping his sickly wife terminally ill with an aneurysm. He was a witty old fella. "Halfway between the devil and the deep blue sea," he muttered.
One lady let us in for a discussion on families. They belong to the Lutheran church, so no commitment.
We visited Mike Neuterman. The only one home from school. Talked just for a minute. He is a puzzling kid. Not very open.
After that we drove to Cape May City and the blessed Washington Street Mall. Glad we met Michael there when we did. His shop is all boarded up now.
I bought some Christmas presents there. Then we came home.
Angela N. called (of course) for E. Rogers under the pretense of some trivial Book of Mormon question. She talked about her favorite subject - L. of Chastity, etc. I did learn my lesson with Shannon in Pottsown. Angela should know better however.
We were invited to play basketball at the church. However, the church was full of children when Trish brought us there. Mike was ranting, "I want to go home." Trish nearly killed him. Oh what a brat! So we left with Trish to come home. She's surviving.
At 7:30pm, Dave H., Clint W., and the Becktels had our Correlation Meeting. We covered the need for splits; referrals; investigators; the Neutermans; and a special X-mas Fireside.
After the meeting, I picked up a small Galaxy pizza. The lady down there has a daughter who is a pro wrestler! Neat.
And Chelsea returned my message and called tonight. Oh, and I talked a minute to Dawn Sheffey, too.
But, Chels and I talked for awhile. Now, some guy at work is a know-it-all and is bugging her. We talked about everything. Her mom invited me over for X-mas. I love her so much! Good night!
