December 6, 1994

This morning was quiet. I read John 17 and listened to "Beautiful Savior." A good experience.

We drove into Town Bank to tract. We were very close to the Delaware Bay. Elder Rogers told me about how his family was upsetting him and how jealous he is of his brother coming home. We talked about the mission.

In the midst of this, an older lady pulled up on her bicycle and asked us to help her fix a pedal that was stuck. I did. And we were able to get into a great gospel discussion; 00.

After that experience, a policeman drove by and momentarily stopped to ask if we'd seen a whale in the Bay. The Right Whale stuck up in Philly had to make his way down here to get back into the ocean. So we looked around for awhile, but never saw it.

We then drove out to Allan Jett's home and had turkey casserole. His littlest daughter threw up and it wasn't very pretty. After dessert, we did our Home Teaching.

And stopped by the DeFeo's afterwards to play with the children and talk with them for a little bit. My lens fell out of my classes. Ugh.

Tonight, I got 20 phone contacts. Then we crashed. I tossed and turned wondering about transfers all night.
