April 26th - P-day. Relax ... Got our usual morning jog up New Galenda Road in this morning. I enjoy the exercise. At least I'm used to it by now.
We visited the Bucks County Library which is downtown, and typed letters to friends and family on the Word processors.
Sister Roach had us over again for dinner tonight. I had the impression before we left that I need to be more bold with these members when we visit. Almost 5 months I have been here and yes, my companions and I have taught a lot of discussions.
But the investigators do not stick the way member referrals do; unfortunately.
So I gave a Book of Mormon to Sister Roach and challenged her to deliver it to a non-member within the week. She took the physical challenge! I felt so good about being so bold. A lot of these members want physical challenges!
We visited with Lloyd and Nancy Huber for awhile tonight, too. Lloyd was out rehearsing "Sleeping Beauty," a traditional Spring ballet performance in the area, that his daughter is also in as well as the rest of the family, just about. We talked about some of the friends in their lives who are non-members. The Hubers are coming around with missionary experiences.
Tonight we also visited Mike and Teresa Bement and family. What friendly people. And Mike is a wealth of information about the church.
I challenged him to give away a Book of Mormon in 2 weeks. He accepted!
