Sept. 6th - P-day. My last P-day that is. Wow. Today we played ball at 39th Chapel. I did OK, too. Won a few games. Said some good-byes to a few elders.
This morning I GQ'd the woman at the local laundromat, Anna. She's always kind to us when we visit. Gave her a copy of the Book of Mormon to read.
Tonight was simple. We ate a delicious Spanish meal with the Roberts and their grandparents, and conversed for awhile afterwards.
Today, Cal Ripken, Jr. played in his 2,131st consecutive game for the Baltimore Orioles, passing a 50+ year old mark set by Lou Gehrig. A piece of history.
