October 19, 1994

P-day. Whew! A much needed break. This week has been relatively boring. When an area like ours is a walking area, you have to be very creative to get much accomplished. It is difficult. More and more, points become your focus. We are battling. We'll need to be wise with our scanty allotment of 1,000 miles in November.

This morning, we drove into Courthouse. Sister Adams met us at the Nursery she teaches at to give us the church keys. On our way to the church, we stopped at a tree that looked like stuffed birds were decorating it. Actually, they were vultures. It was neat!

We played hoops (he's good!) and I made part of my Sister Adams tape.

We did our laundry in No. CaMy this afternoon and ate Burger King for lunch. Spilled ketchup on my shirt.

Matt McCallum picked us up for dinner. After a Mexican dinner, we did our monthly Home Teaching Visit. They had a recent break-in problem. Spooky. I suggested dedicating the house. Matt offered the dedicatory prayer.

Tonight we got our phone contacts and I made my tape for Andrea. I also called up Dora Loretti. She's still my sweetie! And, used up the last $ on my FONCARD: I  talked for awhile to my fav' cousin, Julie, out at BYU. I love her. Rogers and I talked until midnight. Good night!
