Today we saw the SF win over Dallas (38-28) in the NFC Championship game. Sister Bailey gave it to us last night. Great game! Steve Young was the Player of the Game.
I had to get authorization from Pres. Morley to see if this morning. He said sure. "And tell me how Steve Young does...," he said.
We saw the game at the home of Sister Roach. Steve was home, too. He was cerebral palsy in his legs.
We also did our laundry there. Plus, she fed me not only breakfast, but lunch. And, she invited us over for dinner tomorrow night.
We came home, and Elder Elder had just dropped off our vacuum. And Elder Boren and Mooy had driven up to go out for hoops.
We changed, and then headed to Graeme Watson's for the church keys. Tim Watson called and I got to speak with him, too. That was cool!
So the 4 of us went by K Mart to get G.'s film. Then ... the church. B-ball was fun! We were all sore.
Then ... Graeme and his wife offered to take us out for dinner. We all ate at Perkins Restaurant.
Tonight, G. and I visited the Camp family. They have a son in the Oakland Mission. Nice folks.
Then, we went to church and played more ball with Brett Smith and friends, plus Bro. Hopkins. It was fun. I'm sore as heck, though.
Tonight, Rachael called. Well .... it has been bothering E. Garlick. So we talked about that. Plus ... attitude and being exact. We'll work together well. I need to be totally committed, though, or the area will remain asleep. I'm glad he talked to me tonight. Hopefully, I'll develop a vision of the kind of success we can accomplish here real soon! Good night!
