Church. Ward Conference, actually. The Stake leaders were at church today. I enjoyed the remarks from the Stake Presidency.
Nancy Feely came to church again. She seems to enjoy herself at church. She has her head on straight.
And this afternoon, we met with Mr. K. There we had a lengthy and profound discussion about the gospel. His family ties are within the Catholic church. But he seemed so convinced. We shall call him again soon.
The Davenports dropped off BBQ burgers at our home for dinner. They're nice folks!
And tonight we had a split with Bill and his son, Chris Warden. Bro. Warden and Taylor visited the Kearl family as well as Bruce Taylor and family to introduce the Ten Step Program.
And Chris and I taught the 5th New Member Lesson to Steve Francesconi and I followed up on the 10 Step Program.
I made 62 phone calls tonight to get our 152 contacts for the week. I even spoke to Donald Dillard, the famous organist from the Catholic church. I am astounded at the coincidences. I told him how impressed I felt to share our 1st discussion with him.
He offered to have us share it with him. I know he's ready for it. Too weird! I did the District numbers and got to bed.
