Aug 19th - We really had to conserve miles today. We ate a Spanish breakfast with Estella Marroquin and the U.D. elders. Yummy.
This afternoon we visited with Michelle Newman and her children. Ernest is with the National Guard until September. We talked with Michelle. She wants Ernie to be baptized, but they still have to work on him.
Tonight we ate dinner with Jeff Bates. He cooked up a delicious meal: chicken parmesan, casserole, and pasta. Ice cream for dessert. Lots of storytelling and laughing. Just us men!
